1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Callorax subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable.

3. Process for Refunds

To request a refund, please email support@testofire.in with your account details and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

4. Usage-Based Charges

Refunds are not applicable to credits or minutes already consumed. Only the base subscription fee is eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee.

Callorax reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
